MAGNETO DEFECTIVE.  BREAKERS NOT OPENING AT THE CORRECT GAP.  ALSO, NOT LUBRICATED.  NEED TO LUBRICATE BREAKERS AND SET CORRECT GAP.  ALSO, FOUND BAD CAPACITOR.
