FLAP PULLEY BRACKET FOUND BROKEN ON RIGHT FORWARD SIDE OF FUSELAGE AT STATION 65.33.  TANGS WERE BROKEN OFF OF BRACKET.  AIRCRAFT HOURS, 7,000.
