DURING INSPECTION, FOUND BATTERY ELCON CONNECTOR NOT LOCKING PROPERLY.  FOUND WEAR ON CONNECTOR LOCKING LUGS.  THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THIS HAS BEEN FOUND IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS.
