## Discrepancy

DURING CLIMB, CABIN PRESSURE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED.  PERFORMED COCKPIT OPERATING MANUAL PROCEDURE AND RETURNED TO MSP.  FLIGHT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  MAINTENANCE FOUND INSULATION BLANKET RETAINING CLIP RESTRICTING MOVEMENT OF OUTFLOW VALVE.  REPOSITIONED CLIP, PRESSURIZATION CHECK OF CABIN GOOD.
