## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT FAILED TO SHIFT FROM GROUND MODE TO FLIGHT MODE AFTER TAKEOFF. AIRCRAFT WOULD NOT PRESSURIZE AND NOSE WHEEL WAS STEERABLE. FLIGHT RETURNED TO MSP AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE LUBED GROUND SHIFT MECHANISM AND REPLACED NOSE GEAR STRUT ASSEMBLY, OPERATIONAL CHECK NORMAL.
