FLAP WAS REMOVED FOR A CRACK REPAIR.  INSPECTION FOUND ATTACH INBOARD BRACKET BOLT HOLES WORN.  REPLACED INBOARD ATTACH BRACKETS, APPLIED DOUBLERS TO BRACKETS IAW TO 1900-27-50-0001.  (M)
