## Discrepancy

TOP RUDDER ACTUATOR AFT BOLT WAS SCRAPPED BY INSPECTED DEPT DUE TO THREAD DAMAGE.  INSTALLED A NEW BOLT IN TOP RUDDER ACTUATOR AFT POSITION.
