DRY ROTTING OF FUEL TRANSFER LINE FROM FORWARD FUSELAGE FUEL TANK TO WING AUXILIARY TANK.  FUEL LEAK INTO THE SHROUDS AND INTO AIRSPACE OF DOUBLE WALL TANK IN CABIN.  (LOWER FUSELAGE).
