## Discrepancy

AUXILIARY HYD POWER SURGE DAMPER ACCUMULATOR TANK HAD NEW DIAPHRAGM INSTALLED AT OVERHAUL.  DIAPHRAGM FAILED (TORN) AFTER 5 MONTHS TIME IN SERVICE.  2ND REPORT.  THIS PART WAS OBTAINED FROM THE MANUFACTURER.
