KIND - DURING PRE-FLIGHT, FOUND CEILING EGRESS LIGHT OVERHEAD FOR OVERWING EXITS IS INOPERABLE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED CHARGER (M1094) LIGHTS, OPS CHECK NORMAL.
