## Discrepancy

GOODYEAR FLIGHT CUSTOM 6.50X10-6PR TUBELESS.  REMOVED TIRE FROM NOSE OF AIRCRAFT.  TIRE WAS BULGING IN TREAD AREA NEAR SIDEWALL.  AFTER TIRE REMOVAL FROM WHEEL, FOUND 'SOFT' AREA INSIDE TIRE AT BULGED AREA.
