## Discrepancy

NR 3 MAIN OUTER WHEEL BEARING FAILED.  WHEEL DEPARTED AIRCRAFT ON TAKEOFF.  WHEEL SLID OVER AXLE NUT AND COTTER PIN.  BEARING CONE SEIZED ON AXLE.  AXLE WAS GALLED.  BRAKE LINE FITTING SNAPPED OFF.
