DURING OVERHAUL, UNAPPROVED BEARINGS WERE INSTALLED CAUSING PREMATURE FAILURE.  BEARING, P/N 377416-5, REPLACED WITH P/N 60042ZJ, BEARING P/N 377416-6, REPLACED WITH P/N 77200.
