## Discrepancy

REAR WING ATTACH STRAP FOUND CORRODED BEHIND FLAP.  STRAP DIFFICULT TO SEE THROUGH SPAR CAP.  SUBMITTER SUGGESTED LOWERING FLAP AND LOOK ABOVE FLAP UNDER TRAILING EDGE OF WING WHERE IT ATTACHED TO FUSELAGE FOR STRAP CORROSION.
