## Discrepancy

RECEIVED PROPELLER AND BULKHEAD FROM OVERHAUL FACILITY. DURING INSTALLATION, DISCOVERED BULKHEAD CRACKED FROM ANCHOR NUT ON FLANGE TO BULKHEAD DOUBLER. IT HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY STOP DRILLED. REPLACED BULKHEAD WITH SERVICABLE UNIT. OVERHAUL FACILITY STATED THEY WERE AWARE OF IT, BUT DID NOTHING.
