## Discrepancy

RUDDER SYSTEM CEASED TO OPERATE.  FOUND LEFT RUDDER TORQUE TUBE ASSY ARM BROKEN FREE OF TORQUE TUBE.  THIS ARM IS CONNECTED TO RUDDER CABLE.  REPLACED TORQUE TUBE WITH NEW PART.
