HOSE PURCHASED NEW FROM AVIALL, NOVEMBER, 1996.  DURING TEST FLIGHT, OIL TEMP NOTED EXCESSIVE.  RESULTS OF INVESTIGATION, OIL COOLER RETURN FLOW LINE FOUND OBSTRUCTED.  APPEARS LINE MAY HAVE MFG DEFECT.
