TWO BOWL SCREWS LEAKING.  FUEL BOWL DRAIN LEAKING.  BOTTOM OF CARBURETOR SMALL HOUSING OF ACCELERATOR PUMP LEAKING.  VERY POOR QUALITY ASSURANCE.  SUBMITTER STATED ALSO SAME PROBLEM ON AN OVERHAULED MODEL - SAME P/N, 10-5217.
