## Discrepancy

RIGHT ENGINE WOULD NOT TURN OVER TO START.  FOUND CLUTCH SPRING INSIDE THE STARTER ADAPTER BROKEN.  REPLACED STARTER ADAPTER.  NOTE:  THIS ENGINE AND STARTER ADAPTER IS NOT REQUIRED TO BE INSPECTED BY TCM BULLETIN CSB94-4A.
