DURING MAINTENANCE WITH INTAKE PIPE REMOVED, INTAKE GUIDE WAS FOUND MOVING WITH THE VALVE. CYLINDER REPLACED, TEAR DOWN REPORT REQUESTED FROM ENGINE OVERHAULER.
