## Discrepancy

INSTALLATION, ROTOR BRAKE CONTROL WORN BEYOND SERVICEABLE LIMITS.  ROTOR BRAKE FAILS TO SLOW ROTOR DOWN WITHIN THE SPECIFIED LIMITS.  REPLACED WITH 2 EACH NEW UNITS, CORRECTED PROBLEM.
