## Discrepancy

O-RING WAS BEING LUBRICATED PRIOR TO INSTALLATION WHEN A DEFECT WAS FELT.  THE CROSS SECTIONAL AREA WAS REDUCED FOR .375 INCH IN A GRADUAL MANNER MAKING VISUAL DETECTION DIFFICULT.  PART WAS APPARENTLY MANUFACTURED BY SWAN ENGINEERING.
