ON TAXI OUT, NOTED GROUND SPOILERS INOPERATIVE LIGHT ILLUMINATED.  RETURNED TO GATE TO CHECK MLG POS FUSE IN HYDRAULIC SERVICE CENTER OPERATING MANUAL SEC 12 PG 31 ITEM 3.  REMOVED AND REPLACED RT MLG PROXIMITY ACCESSORY UNIT.
