## Discrepancy

DURING ANNUAL INSPECTION, FOUND BOTH LT AND RT FLAP OTBD HINGE BRACKETS ATTACHED TO FLAPS WORKING WERE FREE DUE TO CORROSION ON END CAPS.  REMOVED AND REPLACED CAPS AND REATTACHED BRACKETS.  CAUSE OF FAILURE APPEARS TO BE DISSIMILAR METAL CORROSION.
