## Discrepancy

DURING INSPECTION, LEFT ENGINE OUTBOARD IGNITER WOULD NOT OPS CHECK.  FOUND IGNITION CABLE DEFECTIVE DUE TO AN INTERNAL FAULT.  COULD NOT DETERMINE CAUSE AS EXTERNAL INSPECTION OF IGNITION CABLE APPEARED SERVICEABLE.
