## Discrepancy

FLOAT INFLATED PREMATURELY.  FOUND SWITCH ROTATING IN CYCLIC, LOOSE INSTALLATION, WIRE FRAYED.  NO SHIELDING OVER SOLDER JOINT, CAUSING SHORT.  UNSOLDERED CONNECTION, INSTALLED SHIELDING OVER WIRES, RESOLDERED, AND INSTALLED SWITCH SECURELY TO PREVENT TURNING.
