DURING TAXI FOR TAKEOFF, PILOT REPORTED ENGINE RUNNING ROUGH.  RIGHT ENGINE MANIFOLD PRESSURE HIGHER THAN NORMAL.  COMPRESSION CHECK FOUND NR 1 CYLINDER LOW, 10/80.  DISASSEMBLY OF CYLINDER FOUND LOOSE EXHAUST VALVE SEAT.
