FOUND DURING AIRCRAFT PRIMARY INSPECTION.  SMALL CRACK FOUND IN RIGHT ELEVATOR TORQUE TUBE FITTING NEXT TO TAPER PIN.  REPLACED TORQUE TUBE ASSEMBLY.
