WHILE C/W WITH PIPER SB NR 965, FOUND FLAP HANDLE MOUNTING BRACKET CRACKED IN 4 PLACES.  NOTE:  THERE WAS NO MECHANICAL REASON FOUND FOR SB NR 965.
