## Discrepancy

ARM C581-1 WAS BINDING AND WEARING INTO SHAFT.  THIS CAUSED THE LATERAL SPRING ASSEMBLY TO LOCK MOMENTARILY.  EXCESSIVE WEAR ON THE SPRING SHAFT COULD AFFECT THE FLIGHT CONTROLS AND AIRCRAFT CONTROL ABILITY.
