FOUND AILERON CABLES HANGING UP.  DISCOVERED RIGHT AILERON-RUDDER INTERCONNECT CLAMP CATCHING ON BROKEN BRACKET.  SUSPECT CAUSE, STEPPING ON FLAP HANDLE AND/OR EXCESSIVE FORCE APPLIED ON RETRACTION AND EXTENSION.  LOCATION IS FORWARD ATTACH POINT FOR FLAP HANDLE.
