MULTIPLE CRACKS ON THE BASE OF RUDDER HINGE CASTING WHERE IT ATTACHES TO VERTICAL FIN.  NORMAL TORQUE ON REMOVAL.  INSPECTION REQUIREMENT FOR CASTINGS IS 12,000 HOURS.
