ANC - FLT 31 - RETURNED DUE TO NO ADI PRESSURE DROP ON TAKEOFF.  TURNED WATER OFF AND FUEL FLOW REMAINED 250 POUNDS LOW.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED ADI REGULATOR AND VAPOR VENT SOLENOID.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.  (X)
