WHEN C/W AD 75-23-08 R5, FOUND HEADER CRACKED APPROXIMATELY TWO-THIRDS OF CIRCUMFERENCE ON THE WASTEGATE CONNECTOR PIPE.  THIS AREA IS SUBJECT TO HEAT AND STRESSES WHEN IN OPERATION.
