## Discrepancy

DURING INSPECTION, THE ELEVATOR BEARINGS WERE BEING INSPECTED AND UPON LIFTING UP ON ELEVATOR, A LOUD CLUNKING NOISE WAS HEARD. UPON CLOSER INVESTIGATION, COULD SEE THE HEAD OR THE BOLT ROCKING UP AND DOWN IN THE BEARING. ELEVATOR WAS REMOVED AND BEARING FELL APART. THIS IS THE SECOND ONE FOUND.
