## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE OF THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR LOWER GEAR SEGMENT.  THE LOWER TUBE FAILED AT THE SCISSOR ATTACH POINT CAUSING THE WHEEL TO ROTATE 180 DEGREES.
