## Discrepancy

DURING TAKEOFF, LEFT ENGINE ONLY MADE 72 PERCENT TORQUE.  TAKEOFF ABORTED.  RUN-UP WITH APR/SLR OFF, STILL ON 72 PERCENT TORQUE.  FOUND ANTI-ICE BLEED LINE CRACKED.   REMOVED AND REPLACED LINE.  OPS CHECK OK.
