LEFT GEAR NO DOWN AND LOCK INDICATION.  MAIN LANDING GEAR DOWN AND LOCK SPRING BOLT WAS NOT FREE.  REMOVED BOLT, CLEANED AND LUBED.  OPS CHECKED GOOD.
