## Discrepancy

DURING SERVICE CHECK, THE EMERGENCY LIGHTS FAILED TEST AT THE R3 SECTION.  REPLACED POWER SUPPLY, OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
