MIA/MCO - FLT 7389 - PILOT REPORT:  LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT ON TAKEOFF.  AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO MIA.  REMOVED AND REPLACED GEAR HANDLE AND LANDING GEAR RELAY.  OPS CHECKED SYSTEM.  NO DEFECTS NOTED.  (X)
