## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT LANDED IN FT YUKON AND SHUT DOWN.  UPON TRYING TO START THE RIGHT ENGINE, THE BENDIX ENGAGED, BUT STARTER WOULD NOT SPIN THE PROP.  STARTER WAS RECENTLY OVERHAULED.
