## Discrepancy

INSTALLED NEW PMA FUEL TANK IN AIRCRAFT.  TANK STARTED LEAKING FROM A SEAM IN THE TANK.  SUBMITTER STATED THIS IS THE SECOND OCCURRENCE.  REPLACED CELL WITH ANOTHER CELL.
