AIRCRAFT WILL NOT HOLD CABIN PRESSURE IN EITHER MANUAL OR NORMAL PRESSURIZATION.  REPLACED CABIN OUTFLOW VALVE AND CABIN PRESSURE CONTROLLER.  OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD IAW WITH AMD MM CHAPTER 21.  (MCO)
