## Discrepancy

DURING OFF-AIRPORT IMPACT WITH DAMAGE NOT CONSIDERED TO BE MAJOR, THE PILOT SHOULDER HARNESS INERTIA REEL DETACHED FROM ATTACH BRACKET.  PILOT DID RECEIVE HEAD INJURIES BY IMPACT ON THE DASH.
