## Discrepancy

DURING APPROACH WITH LANDING GEAR DOWN, NOSE LANDING GEAR FAILED TO EXTEND.  LANDING GEAR WAS MANUALLY EXTENDED AND AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REPLACED LOCK ACTUATOR AND PERFORMED GEAR SWING, OPERATIONAL CHECK OK.
