CREW REPORTED AN ELECTRICAL ODOR.  POTABLE WATER AIR COMPRESSOR CIRCUIT BREAKER POPPED AND WOULD NOT RESET.  *S/D*  WATER SYSTEM AIR COMPRESSOR FAILED.  REPLACED AIR COMPRESSOR.
