DURING 100-HOUR MANUFACTURER'S INSPECTION, FOUND LEFT INBOARD FLAP MASTER PULLEY  BRACKET CRACKED ON INBOARD SIDE.  BRACKET IS ACCESSIBLE THROUGH AFT BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT.
