## Discrepancy

DURING AN INSPECTION, A 4 INCH CRACK WAS FOUND ON TOP OF HORIZONTAL STABILIZER INBOARD OF THE HORIZONTAL SUPPPORT BRACKET.  THE SKIN OF THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER WAS REMOVED AND FOUND THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER SPAR WAS CRACKED ALL THE WAY THROUGH.
