VALVE AND/OR VALVE INDICATOR SWITCH WORKED SPORADICALLY.  DURING FLIGHT, PILOT WAS UNABLE TO POSITIVELY VERIFY OPENING OF VALVE WHEN VALVE LINE WAS PULLED.
