## Discrepancy

DEFLATED NOSE STRUT CAUSED NOSE GEAR NOT TO CENTER DURING GEAR RETRACTION. EXTENDED LANDING GEAR AND NOSE WOULD NOT CENTER. LANDED AIRCRAFT WITHOUT STEERING. AIRPORT CONDITIONS VERY ROUGH DUE TO ICE ON RUNWAY. POSSIBLE SCHRADER VALVE LEAK, SERVICED AND STRUT WAS OK.
